Supporting you to prepare mind, body & soul to journey through the birth portal (for women in both preconception & pregnancy).
All Packages/Sessions Include:
- Emotional & spiritual support for you to share, be held and witnessed in your unique journey
- Guided meditations and inner journeys to support you in connecting deeper to your inner wisdom
- Birth debriefing for any previous births (including early pregnancy loss)
- Support in navigating the medical system and providing evidence based resources
- Labour, birth & postpartum education
- Support in moving through any fears that arise
- Support in creating your birth plan
- Support in preparing for a nurturing and healing postpartum
- Access to my lending library of birth & postpartum books (if living locally)
- Gentle guidance and self inquiry prompts that may support you as you approach the birth portal, such as diving deeper into your maternal birthing history, your current view of birth, your previous rites of passages, your birth imprint, your connection to your body and your intuition

‘Small’ Birth Preparation Package: 3 x 1.5–2 hour sessions throughout your preconception/pregnancy journey – $525
‘Medium’ Birth Preparation Package: 6 x 1.5–2 hour sessions throughout your preconception/pregnancy journey – $875
‘Premium’ Birth Preparation Package: 9 x 1.5–2 hour sessions throughout your preconception/pregnancy journey – $1225
Special Considerations:
Please note that birth preparation packages do not include birth support. The intention of these sessions are to help you prepare for labour, birth & postpartum and to support you throughout your journey with all that arises.
