Postpartum Care (In Home)
Supporting you after the birth of your baby for a nurturing, nourishing & healing postpartum.
All Packages Include:
- Emotional & spiritual support for you to share, be held and witnessed in your unique journey
- 1 x nutritious homemade main meal per visit
- Birth debriefing
- Light household duties (such as washing, dishes, meal preparation, changing the sheets etc. flowing with your needs on that day)
- Caring for your other children/your newborn while you shower, nap or connect with other family members
- An ‘honouring the mother’ footbath ritual to honour your sacred journey of motherhood
- 1 x 2-3 hour postpartum planning session during your pregnancy where we will make a plan together of how to create a nurturing and nourishing postpartum for you
Package Options
Package/Visit Options:
‘Small’ Postpartum Care Package: 3 x 3 hour visits (once a week over 3 weeks) total of 9 hours of in home support – $630
‘Medium’ Postpartum Care Package: 6 x 3 hour visits (once a week over 6 weeks) total of 18 hours of in home support – $1050
‘Premium’ Postpartum Care Package: 9 x 3 hour visits (once a week over 9 weeks) total of 27 hours of in home support – $1470
